New Delhi, Sep 6 (IANS) The Supreme Court Monday referred to its five-judge constitution bench a petition challenging certain provisions of the Right to Education Act. The provisions were contrary to the provisions of the constitution safeguarding the rights of the minorities and unaided schools, the petition said.
