Hero Jagapathi Babu used to encourage Actress Kalyani before her marriage by taking her as Heroine in few of his films like 'Pandem', 'Pedababu', 'Kabbadi Kabbadi'. He appealed producers to take Kalyani as Heroine and even after her marriage gave a turn as Character artiste by roping her in the film 'Lakshyam' as his wife. Jagapathi Babu acted in her Husband's film 'Brahmastram' for Kalyani sake. In the latest film 'Chapter 6' also Hero gave voice over to the film. Jagapathi Babu gave enough support when she is facing troubles while 'Chapter 6' is on sets. It is said that Hero consoled Kalyani as Her debut productional venture 'Chapter 6' became a disaster.
