'Komaram Puli' title in Controversy! |

Pawan Kalyan's 'Komaram Puli' which is gearing up to release very soon has caught in title controversy especially demanding for the change in the word 'Komaram' in 'Komaram Puli'. Mesram Bapurao, leader of Telangana Adivasi Upa Kulala Ikya Vedika claimed that the term ‘Komaram’ is connected to tribal renowned person Komaram Bheem, who was killed when fighting with the Nizam forces.He declared “Using the word ‘Komaram’ in a film is like offending family of Adivasis and their culture". Earlier Adivasis family has objected 'Sammakka Sarakka' film titled also as they believe them as wood goddesses and showcasing that in the movie. |
