Gautham Vasudev Menon's Directorial Venture 'Ye Maaya Chesave' which is a super hit in Telugu is being remade into Hindi. Gautham is doing it again in Hindi. The shooting of this remake of 'Ye Maaya Chesave' began in Chennai on 28th July. The first scene was canned at the Ode Cafe gallery on the scenic ECR stretch. Prateik Babbar, the hero of the movie, is in town for this purpose. Like its original, the Hindi version will have A.R.Rahman's hugely successful tunes. Trisha who played the heroine role in Tamil version of the film has been confirmed to do this Hindi version also. Yesterday the first scene was canned on Prateik and Trisha.
